See honestly speaking, you don't need a tag of only tier 1 college, instead you should have a proper skill set required in marketplace then definitely you are going to lead the market. So college does not matter and I would recommend you to work on your skills which would take you to the job in top companies. So even if you are pursuing BCA from any normal tier 3 college but have good skill set that is required in marker place then you will definitely get a good job. One thing more I would like to add, as you are seeking job in IT sector, so problem solving is the major thing to focus upon because in most of the companies, there is a requirement of good problem solver to solve the complex problems in IT world.
