No it is not even if you are from cbse then you have to study some extra stuff other than your boards syllabus . You should follow NCERT books for organic and inorganic chemistry . For physical chemistry you should go with N Awasthi for maths Arihant is best and for Physics hc Verma is more than enough . I would suggest you join some institution for preparation they will provide you the right path

Hey there is a vast ocean between jee and state board even the ncert tb are not enough to crack jee if i compare the levels of both then jee is at the summit whereas board is at the foot of a hill. You prepare a topic and solve jee questions you will get an idea

JEE Mains being a highly competitive exam, preparing with your state board syllabus alone  might not be thay usefull. Make sure you refer one or two more reference and practice book according to your preference and requirements. Also make sure to solve past year question papers.
