It's ok if you have done your undergraduation is a type and want to intern into another. The first thing you have to do is look up for automobile companies which offer the type of internship regarding the same. The best example is TATA. 

Apart from this if you want to look up for the same type of internship but in a wider range and with more filters then search in Internshala. Or else send up your application in the companies which offer the same.
