Yes there , you are eligible for KCET i.e Karnataka Common Entrance Test . It is conducted every year on a state level and anyone who is a citizen of India can give this exam , so you can give this exam even if you belong to Chhatisgarh. It is conducted for providing admission into the Engineering (B.Tech) and other courses in the state of Karnataka. To be eligible general category students require 45% in 12th board while reserved category requires percentage of 40% . So if you fulfil this you will be eligible.
