To find the form of cbse improvement exam, you need to visit cbse official website cbse.nic.in

On the home page, click on the link ' apply online to improve exam'

Now you will asked to enter roll no.  and school name

Next choose the subject you want to improve

Then select a centre to write exam from the given choices

Now fill any more details if asked

Then check if everything is correct

Submit the form

Now payment will be asked, do the payment and download the application form and print it.
