I understand that you are unable to register for the TS EAMCET Medical. This situation might arise due to many factors but the most common and probable ones are:

1> You have missed the time frame within which the registration for EAMCET Medical was to be done.

2> You do not meet the eligibility criteria for registration.

3> The site for registration might be having some temporary discrepancy although this condition is highly improbable. If the case is between the first 2 issues, then your registration won't be possible and you have to give it another try for registration in EAMCET Medical.
