For the assam cee exam you can pay online using net banking/credit/debit cards and also offline like by depositing cash (required application fee) in SBI bank..please use the link http://43.240.64.221/astu_cee/Pdf/Instruction.pdf for your reference. and also http://43.240.64.221/astu_cee/WebPages/instruction.php
