You should first tell them by contacting on phone.
See the seats status.As if you will not come they will not count you.
Visit any vit campus with DD(Demand draft) that they require.
You can visit there on other rounds of counselling, Don't forget to carry items which they require.
But if you still unable to come ti counselling you have send someone who can attend it for you as the seats are filled very fast especially for CSE.
You can send your father or friend but you need to inform the center about it.
VIT also has management quota by which you can get direct admission in VIT in your choice of branch but you need to pay around 10 lakhs extra than the fees.
