I couldn't understand your question exactly are you saying that you haven't uploaded your picture with a white background and your signature as asked by the NTA what are you saying that you have already done it but NTA is not approving it
If you have not already uploaded it kindly do it at the earliest because your correction window will end by 31st January 2019
if you have sent it and they have not approved it kindly call on that help line on the mail ID to clear the clarification at the earliest so that you are not inconvenience on the day of the examination due to such problems and non receipt of your admit card on time

2. Is if you already uploaded then contact via mail that you have issues with photo and signature then they will resolve
