As you mentioned that you have appeared for 12th boards in the year 2019 and so this is your final 12th scores and your 2018 marks will be not valid anymore.

So, as per the eligibility criteria for jee advanced you can give the exam for two consecutive years that is 2019 and 2020 . So ,you are not eligible for jee advanced this year but you are eligible for jee mains on the contrary.
