If u r OC then there is no way to apply for jee advanced 2018 as the cut off is 74. If u have reservation then u will be definitely able to apply.

There is a chance for admission in engineering colleges

No. Because cut off marks for general category is 74.So,if you belong to other category you will be eligible.
