My marks in jee main 50 in sc . Can I apply for jee advance
Definately you can as you have cleared the jee main cut off of your category so you are now eligible to give jee advance all work hard for that one and don't just depends upon your category advantage score as much as you can so that you can get admission into top IITs :)
