Hello Candidate,
Pgcet have not officially declared anything related to correction window yet for 2019 but they will probably open the correction window on  their website around the 2nd week of April. You'll be able to change your stream from ECE to cs.keep checking their websites for regular updates.

The AP PGCET will provide the facility of application form correction to the candidates via which a candidate can correct any mistakes done in the application form. the application correction facility will begin from 8th of April 2019 and which can be availed via online process.
