I applied for advance, but I done my application with wrong information (one eyed vision) I kept yes for this option, but I don't have any disable of eye except " sight ".It will problem for me? Is there any problem

As you have applied for the Disability criteria, so now you come under the Physically Disabled (PWD) category, and hence you must fall under the certain criteria- For candidature under physically challenged category, candidates only with a minimum of 40% disability is required subject to the condition that the candidate is capable of carrying out all activities related to theory and practical work as applicable to various programmes without any special concessions and exemptions.
