Dear student,

This year jee mains paper 2 ( b.plan/b.arch) and jee mains paper 1 will both be of same duration, i.e three hours.

This year there are some changes made in jee mains pattern, and the jee mains paper 2 will consists of 77 questions for b.arch and 100 question for b.plan, and the the total marks will be 400 marks.

Thus, the timing in the admit card is correctly mentioned, and it will be of three hours.

no they did it by mistake...they have made it to 3.5 hrs for people giving both jee paper 2 and 3

Ananda Biswas Yeah, I got it. In the information brochure, they have written 3.5 hrs. But in the admit card it is written 3 hours. So, this create a contradiction. So, you have to appear in the examination hall, and then you will get to know the original time limit. That is, you will depend on the time given in examination hall and that will be treated as the real time of examination.
