Well see every certificate whether it is caste or ews or incme certificate, every certificate gets renewed in april. Means you need to make afresh certificate. So as you say that you applied in april 2019 for ews certificate. But in ap-eamcet it shows 2018-2019. But i don't think thatit should cause any problem .
