I uploaded EWS Certificate issued after 1st April 2019. But in the certificate they mentioned valid for 2018-2019. is it OK

The ews category is implemented or started from this year.

So it can only issued in the year 2019 and in future .

So don't worry it is ok what you have uploaded ; you will get benefits from it as usual like other students get.
