And you will be allotted a seat based on merit and preference, Say for example 15th October 5 pm is the last date for you to fill your choices and lock them and you couldn't lock your choices due to any reason, on October 15th at 5.00 pm, the server will automatically lock your choices and then the seat will be alotted on the basis of merit and preference,
