Well it doesn't matter whether you uploaded wrong certificates or you didn't upload any certificate . See jee advanced gives a deadline .By that deadline you need to either modify your certificates or you need to submit your certificates. So if you submitted old one then get a new certificate issued at the earliest and then submit it.
