I would recommend to upload your caste certificate in JEE Advanced prescribed format, but in case, you don't have it now and have applied for the caste certificate in the prescribed format, then you can submit a self-declaration (format is available on JEE Advanced official website) stating that you will submit your caste certificate in the prescribed format at the time of counselling.
