If you are not interested in modification of form and also you dont submit fee regarding changes which you made in your form details will not going to change they are still the same as you previously submitted this will not lead to cancellation of your form.so dont worry about it

You can track your application status to confirm the same or if you still worried and need to know about your form contact helpline number of NTPC although its not required. focus on your exam these are very minor things.
