As the eligibility criteria states that candidates who have completed their degree are only eligible to give IBPS clerk and the lower age limit is 20 years as on September 1 2020 are only eligible to give IBPS Clerk 2020. So as you are still pursuing your degree your application will be rejected but whenever you are eligible to give IBPS Clerk you can give the exam. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the IBPS Clerk Prelims admit card in online mode on November 20.

There will be no issue for writing the exam but even if you get a job you won't be eligible to go for it.

So you can take up exam but can't go for the job
