Dear Agarwal
I hope you got the required information and what I want to add to that is you can only get into NITS but not iit's because government only allow people who are done with the JEE advanced and who can clear JEE main can only eligible to choose nit's and also some private universities too.
Please take care of that.
All the best.

as per jee advance can 2 attempts and for jee main can three attempts for after passing 10+2 exam. now you alread attempts two time ..in 2016 & 2017. so you have only 1 chance to clear jee main 2018.

According, to the JEE Advanced eligibility criteria in order to appear for the exam you should have appeared for the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2017 or 2018 (those candidates whose 10+2 (or equivalent) examination results for the academic session of 2015 – 16 were declared after June 2016 will also be eligible for JEE Advanced 2018) and you can appaer for JEE Advanced two times only.
