Before anything I would like to mention not to take anything negatively. Generally most of the people get alloted a seat in first counselling itself. The chances become rare or difficult to get a seat in second counselling if you didn't get it in second counselling. Second counselling is chosen by people who like to change their college or course. It doesn't mean that second counselling is only for re-allotement. I mean to say it is the general case that happens. There would  be a chance for you as you are from SC category. So try your level best and I hope that things will be positive. Don't take anything personal.
