Hello

No , you are not eligible for AP PGECET dear

This is because as per domicile criteria of AP PGECET , to be eligible you must be must be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana .

Now that you are from bihar , you fail to fulfil the domicile criteria and thus you are not eligible fo AP PGECET examination
