Hello Pankaj As Your Domicile is not of Uttar Pradesh . So ony 20% of seats are availabe for students who does not meet following requirement

If You have passed the qualifying examination from the institutions located in UP or whose parents  are domicile of UP can apply for UPSEE 2019. If you have studied or passed qualifying examination from outside UP, You will have to produce domicile certificate of their parents (father or mother only) during document verification.

Also, if your parent are not a domicile of UP and have passed the qualifying exam from an institution outside UP, then also you can apply for the entrance exam. However, you will be considered for admission to only 20% of the sanctioned seats available in private institutions affiliated to AKTU. 

So after these criteria You need to score atleast 400 to get a good college of UPTU.
