To get into IIT hyderabad , you must get a minimum of 250 . You are from general category then you must get above 270 ,If you want CSE from it , For which the institution is famous for .

As you got very good percentage you will definitely get seat in IIIT hyderabad in computer science and engineering branch .

With 99.88 percentile in JEE Main, you may expect your AIR to be around 1200-1400. With this rank you will definitely get Electronics and Communication Engineering in IIIT-H. You may also get Computer Science branch in IIIT-H but as per the last years' records, the chances of getting CS with this rank are not upto 100%. So, depending on the number of candidates, you may get CS branch at IIIT-H.
