OBC is a category which belongs to a group who has been socially neglected educationally and socially disadvantaged. It has no relation with Annual Income. if you belong to OBC then you should apply for it. Your family have Good income still you can apply for TFW if you want to. It needs your rank to be good. Government has also made many schemes to help students. You can apply for it and get scholarships.
