Instead of straight away surfing for colleges I'd rather suggest you to prepare for advance and crack the IITs as you have the privedledge of being from the OBCc category. If you have made a thought of applying on the basis of the mains marks, try getting into the government colleges as priority as it will save a lot of funds of your parents and its seats would easily available to you too with this score.

You should mention your home state while asking such questions friend.
Anyways, with your score, it will be very difficult to get a college outside your home state. And even in your I home state, you have mediocre chances if you belong to states where the cutoffs for NITs goes low, like NIT Raipur for example.
But if you are from say, UP, where the home state cutoff actually goes higher than the other state cutoff, then your chances are bleak.
