As per the guidelines and regulations of central government, there are only five categories such as UR, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, GEN-EWS.

If you don't satisfy the conditions of OBC-NCL, then you belong to OBC-CL(Creamy Layer). There is no separate reservation for OBC-CL. You fall under UR(unreserved) category only.

Please check once again whether the conditions for OBC-NCL doesn't get satisfied or not.
