Sorry to say I didn't find any University named Alisha in Kolkata I find aliah University in Kolkata .The addmission process of Aliah is through Aliah University Admission Test (AUAT) 2019 not from jee main.

AliahUniversity Admission Test (AUAT) is a national level entrance exam conducted by Aliah University for offering admission to various UG, PG and five-year integrated courses.

In AUAT there is only 5% reservation for candidates from outside West Bengal.

The  Residential Criteria of AUAT 2019

Candidates must be a resident of West Bengal for at least 10 years for applying in General Quota

Residents of other states must necessarily apply under OS (Other State) quota
