In the first round of All India Counselling, the last rank to get a government medical college under SC category was 69669. By the second round, much difference in rank cannot be expected. So, based on this you will not get a government medical college. But, you will get a seat in Deemed Universities through All India Quota. You can get colleges such as Raja Rajeshwari Medical College Bengaluru, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Karad.
