Talking about admission in Tamil Nadu under State quota, then under SC category, a score of 250 can easily land you in a government medical college, if we go by previous year trends.
Previous year, the lowest rank from SC category to get admission in TN Government Medical College under state quota was 206 (out of 720). However note that the allottment trends vary from year to year as the number of aspirants increase, number of seats, the difficulty level of exam, etc.
