Yes you're eleigible, your rank should fall below30000 to gey into any NIT which are new and where Cutoff is low. Cutoffs given below.

Aapka hi to intejar he NIT me.Hm general walo ka toh 200 lane ke baad bhi NIT me admission nhi mil rha.
