Intimate the JEE people through email keep them informed of the error. https://jeeadv.ac.in/contact.php

They might let it pass as many kids do such errors moreover you had uploaded the certificate during JEE mains and they keep all the data with them. Consider the documents and the details you are providing during counselling as final so make a mental note to take all the original and valid documents along with you. There is no room for mistakes there.
