I belong to sc I got 55%in 12th and 70 marks in mains. Is there chance to eligible for advance and even get iit since my board score is too

If you belong to sc category and your score is 70 then you will definitely get qualified for jee advanced. As last year jee main cut off fir jee advanced was 29. So you are definitely qualified for jee advanced. 

But one thing pulkit your board percentage is 55% and you need atleast 65% to get admission in NIT/IIT/IIIT. So if you don't get 65% you won't get a seat even though you score 360 in mains. 

The one thing more you should be in top 20 percentile  to get admission in IIT/IIIT/NIT. So get me know about your board so I can tell you about your top 20 percentile criteria.
