Yes, A candidate who scores More than 40% in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is Eligible to appear for NEET 2019. You have 49% and also belongs to a reserved category, therefore, You satisfy the eligibility criterion and Hence You can apply for NEET 2019.

You mean incase if I got qualifying marks, there won't be any problem in the counselling round?
