As you have got 43 marks in AP EAMCET, your rank will be somewhere in between 50,000-1,50,000.  Please note that It is difficult to tell your exact rank as it varies considering different factors like number of students appeared in the exam, toughness of question paper, performance of the students., so the above predicted rank may vary this year.
