see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on factors like students category, choice of stream, number of applicants, questions difficulty level etc. however do mention in which of the session of february jee main exam you have participated in. jee main february exam has held on 24, 25, 26 february in two sift on each day. you may give a shot to careers360 rank predictor tool at below link:

As the percentile mentioned by you the General AIR rank must be between 385534 - 264383 and your percentile between 58.15-71.30. As you have not mentioned your category in which you belongs. There is a very less chance that you can get any top colleges on your rank. For more information you can check the list below:
