Hello candidate,

There is a certain criteria for the refund of application fee in josaa counselling. If you have submitted your fees and have not withdrawn from the counselling rounds before 6th round, then you are not eligible for fee refund for an IIT seat.

However, in case of other Technical Institute such as NIT and IIIT, you need to submit the withdrawal application before the last round, and they will return the amount by deducting a fee of about 1200.
