Hi,
That amount will automatically be credited to your account within 2 to 3 days. If not then you can contact your bank and ask then to check. They see to issue. No worries. All the best!

Hello,
You can try to send mail to them.
By logging into official website you can get the mail in the contact section.
They will refund your your money if they receive extra money,and if they haven't received it, your bank server may not neither deposited to them nor refunded them.
So in that case your bank may take some days to refund your money.
This could be one of the case which I know.
For any further assistance you cantact your bank.

My bank advised me to take the matter with the merchant (in this case it is NTA) as they have accepted the amount. There is no response from NTA even after several mails. My phone calls always get unanswered. It has been more than 2 weeks now.

If the NTA is not responding then you need to wait till they refund your money at maximum cases they will refund you automatically based on my friend's experience.
Dont worry just wait for some days.
