Dear Ankit,

Customary dress means religious dress like burqas.

If you don't have any customary dress then you have to choose no option only.

You need to follow a dress code while attempting NEET exam

According, to the officials you have to wear light clothes with half sleeves not having big buttons, brooch/badge, flower etc. with Salwar/Trouser.

Slippers, sandals with low heels and not the shoes.

Good Luck!!

The question asked that the candidates has any intention  ro wear their own custom dress(or any religious based) dress which is against the dress code provided. But you don't worry about these things because  you have selected No option

Good luck
