Yes,you can,for that you have to pursue Btech in aeronautical engineering from reputed institute.You can fulfill your dream by doing hard studies from that stream.. Otherwise no chance.You should prepare for top IITs..This will provide you nice platform.

You can go outside the earth if you become an astronaut. For that, aeronautical engineering is not the degree which can help you. Doing that, you can design aircrafts and spacecrafts for others to travel in it, but you can't. That won't be your job.
