If you choose the freeze option, it simply means that you accept the seat and want to exit from the counselling process. So there is no way you can change it as the seat will be permanently alloted to you. In case you have chooses float you had all three options of float, slide or freeze in next round. Similarly if you had choosen Slide then you would have got the options for slide and freeze again in the next round.
