The review part in mark and review option is for your reference so that you can go back and check them later if you have a little shred of doubt for these questions. This flag is just indicatory to make things easier for you and you don't have to look back to each of them once again. The submitted answer will be the marked one and if that is wrong then you will get marks as per that i.e. negative marking.
