Since , you have filled OBC category in Central counselling process , your counselling will be done with respect your category , but at the time of verification and submission of your documents , you need to show the documents to prove your category. If your document verification will be sucessfull , there will be no problem , but you might face a problem since you come under general category in Centre and ALL INDIA COUNSELLING is a central process.
