Well, you are not eligible for the NEET exam in  2020, for appearing in NEET exam in 2020 your age should be 17 years (minimum) and that's not possible (as you mentioned that you complete your 17 years in 2020). But, in 2021 you can definitely appear for the NEET exam.

The minimum eligiblity criteria for appearing in the NEET exam exam are as follows;

1. The candidates must passed there 10+2 board exam with physics, chemistry, biology and English as mandatory subject.

2. Candidates minimum age should be 17 years.

3. The maximum age of the candidates should be 25 years for general category and 30 years for reserved category.

4. There is no limits for appearing in the exam ( within prescribed age limit).
