Hi Chhavi!

You can always ask your college management to return your documents because you do not want to study any more in the college.

Punjab University itself does not offer BBA course but many colleges affiliated to the university offers this course. You can check this page for further information. ( https://www.careers360.com/university/panjab-university-chandigarh/bba-course )
