Azim, 25 is not too old an age. You haven't mentioned the stream in which you are pursuing your Masters. But you can apply for jobs even at 25 as a fresher. This is not odd because you are applying for a job soon after your Master's and many Candidates follow the same. So there is nothiing to be worried about. Register yourself in Professional sites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Naukri, etc for keeping yourself alerted for job openings that might match your profile. LinkedIn is a platform where you can contact the recruiter even directly and so you can land up with an interview or  few atleast. But to just answer your question, 25 is not late. Good luck.
