It is good that you have done CCNA course which will help developing your networking skills.  I would advise you to start applying for the jobs because first you have done bca and second you have a ccna certification , so both these will help you in getting a good job . So start applying  for the job . If you got an adequate job then it is not necessary to do MCA , but if you wish to do it then you should definitely do it . So my advice start applying for jobs .
